Q1: How long is your Warranty?

A1: All our products come with a standard one year warranty on vulnerable parts. As well, we will provide 1% quantity Vulnerable parts along with the container.

Q2: What is your payment method?

A2: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, Money Gram, DP, LC.

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A3: Accept sample order or test order(1 set).

General order :1*20GP or 40GP, 40HQ mixed container.

Q4: What is your Trade Terms?

A4: Full container, FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

   Less than full container, 10% price higher, EXW factory or send to your warehouse in

   Guangzhou.

Q5: Are you a trading company or Factory?

A5: Yes, we are manufacturer, our factory located in BaiYun district, 20 minutes far from the airport.good quality products, best reasonable price, warm and Intimate service. All these are important for a buyer to find a reliable supplier in China!

Q6:How long is your lead time (What is your delivery time) ?

A6: Full container: 30 days after receiving deposit.

   LFC container: 7~25 days depends on quantity.

Q7:  Do you offer samples available?

A7:  Yes, we can provide sample, but the cost of the sample is paid by the customer, if you feel satisfied and have the next mass production order, we can deduct the cost of the sample.

Q8: Do you accept OEM?

A8: Yes, we can help make and put your logo on the machine.

   If you want our FOODSENSE logo, also ok.

Q9: What grade of stainless steel do you use on the machine?

A9: Normally we use SS201 for the machine main body and front side. Some parts contact food we use SS304.
